In this appeal, we review an Industrial Commission decision denying workmen’s compensation benefits for wages lost due to hypertem sion. The claim was initially heard by a deputy commissioner, who *915issued an opinion ruling that the claim was untimely filed and that the claimant, George Garrison, had failed to establish his disease was occupationally related. On review, the full Industrial Commission affirmed the deputy commissioner’s rulings.
