In this holdover proceeding, the landlord also sues to recover rent for the months of August, September and October 1984 preceding the date of the termination of the tenancy. The landlord claims unpaid rent for August in the amount of $25; September in the amount of $250; and October in the amount of $500 for an aggregate sum of $775.
