Clinton Brooks, Jr., was convicted in Lancaster County Court of operating a motor vehicle while his operator’s license was suspended. The sentencing court subsequently enhanced the offense to operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, second offense. On appeal, the Lancaster County District Court affirmed the judgment of the county court.
