James A. Hanshaw and Jerry A. Sheets appeal an order entered by the Circuit Court of Cabell County, granting the City of Huntington's motion for summary judgment on the grounds that the appellants’ action was barred by the statute of limitations provided by Section 10(b) of the Labor Management Relations Act (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. 160(b), and dismissing the action with prejudice.
