delivered the opinion of the court.

By this writ of error defendant seeks a reversal of a decree granting separate maintenance to plaintiff.

The case was tried by an able and experienced judge and no complaint is made that he erred in the admission or exclusion of evidence, or that he manifested, in any way, prejudice against defendant. The opinion he delivered after due consideration of all the evidence shows that he had a clear understanding of the issues involved and of the evidence bearing upon the same.
