MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, District Judge.
The case comes before the court on the plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss this case without prejudice. (Dk. 58). The plaintiffs are developmentally disabled clients of Terramara, Inc. (Terramara), a private non-profit corporation that provides a work activity center, housing and other services to the developmentally disabled residents of Butler, Greenwood and Elk Counties in Kansas.
