This is an action Ij^^^wUvTving wife to recover! the penalty prescribed by Section 421 revised Statutes 1919, for the death of her husband, which occurred September 13, 1920, and which she alleges was caused by the negligence of defendants.
On the date mentioned defendant St. Joseph Terminal Railroad Company, a Missouri corporation (hereinafter called the Terminal Company), owned and operated terminal railroad tracks in the city of St. Joseph over which the trains of certain trunk lines entering the city reached the Union Depot.
