*383In an action to recover damages for legal malpractice and breach of contract, the defendant Patricia A. Goodsell appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Jonas, J.), dated September 8, 2003, as denied those branches of her motion which were to vacate the note of issue and to dismiss the action insofar as asserted against her.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
