ALBERT LEE STEPHENS, Circuit Judge.

Percy S. Marcus was indicted for the violation of Title 18 U.S.C.A. § 207, and was charged with the acceptance of a bribe of $600 while acting as an officer of the United States for the Office of Price Administration. The case was tried in the United States District Court for New Jersey to a judge and jury. The accused was found guilty, was sentenced, and he appeals.
