The Vice-Chancellor :

In addition to a prayer for the issuance of the rule to show cause, the relief sought is that this court make an order approving the offers of com*243promise, set forth in the petition, of certain claims of the estate against others. The most important claims arise out of transfers made by the decedent during her life, alleged and charged to be in fraud of her creditors.
