Affirming.

Appellant, Mary Rutli Hunt, sued on a contract of insurance, issued by appellee to her husband, James 0. Hunt, deceased. She alleged that assured was operating a motor truck bus in the line of his employment; that an accident occurred wherein he received injuries, as a result of which he died; that proof of death was filed with the appellee, defendant below, and that the defendant refused to pay the claimant.
