I respectfully dissent from the majority’s opinion. I write separately in order to address the majority’s decision which, in my opinion, adheres far too rigidly to elements of tenancy by the entireties, without regard for the unjust results in this case.

Initially, I will re-examine the facts, as it appears there are some inadvertent discrepancies in both the trial court and majority opinions. Appellee Alan Cohen (“husband”) owes appellant The Howard Savings Bank (“bank”) a total of $202,871.05 as the result of two loans.
