The appellants brought this action against Shelter Mutual Insurance Company and its agent, James Howell, contending that both parties were liable to them for negligence in the issuance of an insurance policy ordered by the appellants. The court entered an order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellee Shelter Mutual Insurance Company but did not direct the entry of final judgment upon an express determination that there was no just reason for delay.
