MEMORANDUM OPINION

This cause is before the Court on the complaint of Plaintiffs Joseph and Deborah Blascak (“Plaintiffs”) against Defendants Richard and Ruthann Sprague (“Defendants”) seeking to determine the discharge-ability of a claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(1) and/or (2). At issue is whether Defendants intentionally and wrongfully misrepresented the existence of defects when selling their home to Plaintiffs so to warrant finding Plaintiffs’ claim nondischargeable due to fraud.
