Plaintiff, Wallace Ben, appeals the Civil Service Commission’s reinstatement of his termination by the employer-defendant, the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO). We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Mr. Ben was a civil service employee with permanent status. HANO notified Mr. Ben that he was being terminated from his position as a police officer for insubordination and threatening his superior officer with a gun.
