Harrell v. Cane Growers Co-Operative Ass'n

I can not agree that the very important questions raised by the present record should be dismissed in the casual and summary manner, as it seems to me, in which they are disposed of in the syllabus. I concur in the conclusions reached in the first and second headnotes. I can not concur in the ruling stated in the third headnote, because it is perfectly plain to me that the assignment of error referred to in the third headnote refers to article 4, section 2, paragraph 4, of the constitution, and it is my opinion that the use of the words “section 1” instead of section 2 is a mere clerical or…
