The complaint in this case alleges that the appellant, in the early part of the year 1940, entered into a written contract with a building firm to reconstruct and rebuild a dwelling and some outbuildings owned by her in the City of Carnden, S. C., in accordance with certain plans and specifications which had been prepared by the respondent, a copy of the contract being attached to the complaint.
