GARVIN, District Judge.

On March 3, 1919, an order was made by this court, directing that all creditors of Frederick H. Tietje, deceased, and all persons, firms, and corporations asserting any claims, liens, interests, rights, or demands against a certain fund in the possession of the trustee herein, to which further reference will be made, arising from the sale of real estate described in orders made by this *919court October 1, 1918, and January 3, 1919, file the same with the clerk of this court on or before April 15, 1919, and appointing1 a special master to take proof and hear objections…
