Cranberry Area School District (District) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Venango County (trial court) which dismissed the District’s petition to. vacate an arbitration award. We affirm. .

The District and the Cranberry Education Association (Association) are parties to a collective bargaining agreement which governs the terms and conditions of the District’s employment of its professional staff.
