Defendant appeals as of right from his bench trial conviction of indecent exposure, MCL 750.335a; MSA 28.567(1), and from his subsequent guilty plea of being a sexually delinquent person, MCL 750.10a; MSA 28.200(1). Pursuant to MCL 750.335a; MSA 28.567(1), the trial court sentenced defendant to an indeterminate term of one day to life in prison. We affirm.
