This appeal is from an order of his Honor, Judge Greene, refusing a motion of the defendant Montgomery for a change of venue. The plaintiff, a resident of Anderson County, brought her action in that county to recover damages, both actual and punitivte, against Montgomery, a resident and citizen of Spartanburg County, and Duke Power Company, a foreign corporation, with offices and agents in Anderson County.
