Appellants Johnie Vereen and Freda Vereen, husband and wife, appeal this court’s order of January 3, 1997, which denied their petition to strike the subrogation lien of Continental Baking Company.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Johnie Vereen filed a premises and products liability complaint against all of the above-named defendants on February 23, 1993, as a result of work-related personal injuries he suffered on July 31, 1990.
