RUDDY, Judge.

This is an action on a promissory note, wherein plaintiff, Mary Gachioch was payee and William G. Wittmann and Edna Witt-mann, defendants, were the makers of said note. It was admitted that the corporate defendant, A.A.B. Investment Company assumed the aforesaid note obligation in writing. The verdict was in favor of the plaintiff and against all defendants in the amount of $4939.94. The trial court sustained defendants’ motion for new trial because of alleged error in the giving of plaintiff’s instruction No. 1. Plaintiff’s appeal followed. We shall refer to Mary Gachioch as…
