|i Appellant Karl Douglas Roberts appeals the Polk County Circuit Court’s denial without a hearing of his petition for Rule 37.5 relief. On appeal, Roberts asserts that he presented factual claims that merited a hearing, or, in the alternative, that he presented claims upon which this court should grant postconviction relief. The State raises the issue of a bar to any postconviction relief, because neither the circuit court nor this court has subject-matter jurisdiction to adjudge Roberts’s petition.
