Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Del-ligatti, J.), rendered January 25, 2016, convicting him of criminal sexual act in the first degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (three counts), and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The defendant was convicted of various offenses in connection with his acts of engaging in sexual contact on three separate occasions with the complainant, a child who was under the age of 11 at the time of the incidents.
