MEMORANDUM OPINION

Trial was held May 25, 2005, on the trustee’s amended complaint to determine extent, validity and priority of the estate’s interest in property rights and to compel turnover of property of the estate. The complaint sought a determination of the bankruptcy estate’s interest in payments due debtor Elizabeth Rinehart from defendant Steve H. Tapscott or defendant Sports Supplements South, Inc.
