OPINION

{¶ 1} Eugene A. Leavitt, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, based on a jury verdict, finding him guilty of theft and breaking and entering. We affirm.

{¶ 2} During the night of September 6, 2005, Mrs. Debbie Kendig, of 37455 Lakeshore Boulevard, Eastlake, Ohio, was awoken by the sounds of dogs barking, and the light from her neighbor's outside motion detector.
