THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Plaintiff Emmanuel Navarette’s (“Navarette”) Motion to Vacate and/or Set Aside Philippine Arbitration Award (“Motion”), [D.E. 121], filed on November 6, 2016. Navarette filed this Motion to set aside the arbitral award on public policy grounds. Defendant Silversea Cruises, Ltd.
