This is ejectment for a lot in St. Louis. The answer is, not guilty, and the Statute of Limitations. The cause was tried by the court, a jury being waived. The finding and judgment was for plaintiffs for one undivided sixth of the *518property in question, and rents and profits from the date of the action.
