COLE, Judge.

The issue presented herein is whether or not plaintiffs appeal was filed untimely.

This matter involves a suit for declaratory judgment, in which plaintiff, Ho-lyne Newman, seeks the return of certain parcels of land previously transferred to defendant, the Chamber of Commerce of Kentwood. On November 10, 1981, the trial court rendered judgment in favor of defendant. Notice of judgment was sent to the parties on that same date.
