MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER

On September 26, 2008, Helen O’Keefe (“the Plaintiff’) commenced this lawsuit against Blue & Gold Fleet, L.P. (“the Defendant”), to recover monetary damages for injuries she allegedly sustained aboard a ferry owned and operated by the Defendant in San Francisco, California. Pres ently before the Court is the Defendant’s Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
