Before the Court is the Debtors’ objection (D.I.3796) (the “Objection”) to proof of claim number 3697 (the “Claim”) filed by Robert Henke against Debtor The Baltimore Sun Company (the “Sun”). Mr. Henke’s Claim, in the amount of $100 million, is based on a defamation lawsuit that he filed pro se against the Sun in 2008 arising out of a newspaper article published on October 7, 2007.
