This action was originally started by a complaint wherein plaintiffs sought a rule to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue, ordering defendant to provide school bus service to the children of plaintiffs who live on Poor Farm Road in *350Greenfield Township. A rule as such was not granted and the matter was subsequently placed on the equity list on the merits.
