This appeal is from a judgment of the Probate Court of Trumbull County denying the petition of plaintiff-executor to sell lands to pay debts of the estate. The single error claimed is that the judgment is contrary to law.

On May 5, 1958, the will of Joe Kaczensld was admitted to probate. It named the plaintiff as executor and devised and bequeathed the entire estate to his widow, Frances Kaczensld, one of the appellees herein.
