This cause was begun in the district court of Mayes county by Oscar Mayes, as plaintiff, against W. F. Norman, defendant, and thereafter Price Cochran and the Graves Farm Loan Investment Company, were made parties defendant. Judgment was rendered in the cause in favor of the plaintiff and the defendant Graves Farm Loan Investment Company, and against W. F. Norman and Price Cochran, on the 14th day of December, 1927.
