The judgment appealed from should be affirmed. The plaintiffs have recovered a judgment in equity, compelling the defendants to account for profits derived by them from an apartment house which formerly was owned as a joint venture by the parties to the action. The court, upon a trial, has found that the plaintiffs were fraudulently induced to sell their interest in said property to the defendants.
