Brouwer v. Sisters of Charity Providence Hospitals

For the reasons given in my dissent in Ranucci v. Crain, Op. No. 27422, 409 S.C. 493, 763 S.E.2d 189 (S.C. Sup.Ct. filed July 23, 2014), I respectfully dissent and would affirm the circuit court’s dismissal of appellant’s Notice of Intent to File Suit.
