This proceeding involves the issue of custody for Anne Wallace, a child born out of wedlock on November 5, 1977 to the respondent, Karen Teal. The petitioner, John Wallace, alleges that he is the natural father of the child, and the court makes such a finding. This finding is sustained, in part, by an order of Monroe County Family Court, dated March 20, 1978, which approved a paternity agreement between the petitioner and the Monroe County Department of Social Services.
