This is a. writ of error to a judgment rendered in the court of the United States for the sixth circuit and district of Georgia, in a case in which the plaintiff in error was plain tiff in ejectment. The plaintiff derived title from d .grant dated in.May 1787; which was issued by the governor of Georgia tó Bazil Jones. . At the trial, the. counsel for the plaintiff moved the court tó instruct the jury on several points,'on all which the judges were divided; and therefore the instructions were refuséd, to which refusal, exceptions…
