TALIAFERRO, Judge.

Defendant insured the household goods and personal effects of plaintiff against loss and/or damage from fire, to the amount of $750. On October 29, 1938, while the policy contract was in force, plaintiff’s residence, wherein the insured property was located, was discovered on fire from within. Prompt action of firemen extinguished the flames before much of the building had been consumed.
