ORDER

Forest Gallaher, an Ohio citizen, petitions pro se for review of an order of the Benefits Review Board denying his motion for reconsideration in a case filed pursuant to the Black Lung Benefits Act, 30 U.S.C. §§ 901-45. This case has been referred to a panel of the court pursuant to Rule 34(j)(l), Rules of the Sixth Circuit. Upon examination, this panel unanimously agrees that oral argument is not needed. Fed. RApp. P. 34(a).
