This is an appeal from an amended judgment entered by the trial court awarding respondent costs and attorney fees.

BACKGROUND

On August 14, 1996, Respondent, Katherine Perkins (Perkins), filed a complaint against Appellant, U.S. Transformer West, Inc. (Transformer), alleging four counts of unlawful discrimination.
