Lawndale Restoration Limited Partnership v. Acordia of Illinois, Inc.

Defendants Acordia of Illinois, Inc. (Acordia), and Ralph Aulenta (Aulenta) are insurance producers who secure insurance on behalf of their clients and receive a commission from the insurance company.
