OPINION OF THE COURT

TRANT, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members convicted appellant of conspiracy (three specifications), false official statement, larceny (five specifications), forgery (four specifications), making and uttering worthless checks (two specifications), wrongful possession, use and transfer of military identification cards, and wrongful use of a counterfeit credit device pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a), in violation of Articles 81,107,121, 123, 123(a), and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 907, 921,…
