Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Otsego County (Burns, J.), rendered December 7, 2007, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of grand larceny in the third degree.
Defendant was charged in a one-count indictment with grand larceny in the third degree based on allegations that she stole $22,245 in lottery tickets from the Taylors Mini Mart in the Village of Richfield Springs, Otsego County between January 2004 and February 2006.
