This matter came to be heard upon the motion of the Trustee, Marilyn Frier, to dismiss the debtor’s voluntary Chapter 7 petition pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 305 or in the alternative, for an order authorizing abandonment of all the debtor’s assets as being burdensome to the estate, and for such other and further relief as this Court finds appropriate.
