In this appeal from a decree of-the Municipal Court of the city of Providence, entered July 23, 1909, ordering a sale of real estate to pay debts, a verdict was directed by the Superior Court in favor of the appellee, and the cause is now before this court on the appellants’ exceptions thereto.
