OPINION AND ORDER
TEITELBAUM, District Judge.
In this appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court, this Court is asked to review the Bankruptcy Court’s determination of the contractual relationships among the parties. For the reasons set forth below, the Order of the Bankruptcy Court must be affirmed.
On February 22, 1980 Monsour Medical Center (Monsour) filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Pursuant to section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C.A. § 365, Monsour accepted whatever contracts the Bankruptcy Court determined to be in existence…
