Appellant was convicted of four offenses—two counts of attempted second-degree murder (counts 1 and 2), discharging a firearm from a vehicle (count 3), and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon (count 4)—arising out of an incident at a gas station during which he shot a gun from his car at another car that had two occupants.
