In an action by the plaintiff wife to recover damages for personal injuries and by the plaintiff husband for expenses and loss of services, due to the alleged negligence of the defendant in the operation of a bus in which the wife was a passenger, defendant appeals from a judgnent in favor of plaintiffs, entered upon a jury verdict. Judgment reversed on the facts and a new trial granted, with costs to the appellant to abide the event on the ground that the verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P.
